All four accommodation options are based at the incredible Kyaninga Lodge. We have exclusive access to the Kyaninga site and all facilities for your whole trip (apart from race day when we’ll be joined by other runners, adding to the camaraderie and atmosphere). The campsite has beautiful views reaching across valleys and distant villages. There is a purpose built WC and shower block on site. All meals and drinks will be at the HQ building (see map) for all runners to enjoy together. Gadgets can also be charged in the HQ, it’s a good idea to bring a battery pack too.

These newly built en-suite cottages look out over the valleys and villages of western Uganda. Enjoy sunrises right from the comfort of your bed through the panoramic windows. You’re just a two minute walk from the HQ building (see map) which is the centre of all the action, including the food and bar!

Stay in a luxury safari tent overlooking Kyaninga Crater Lake and the Rwenzori Mountains – this may be the best view you’ve ever woken up to. Each tent has wooden furniture, an en-suite bathroom and everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Possibly Uganda’s most luxurious lodge – there’s a reason it’s usually $770 a night! Stay in one of Kyaninga’s nine cabins with views across the lake to the mountains beyond. Watch sunrise from one balcony and sunset from another. Each hand built en-suite cabin is reached by its own private staircase. The lodge’s bar, lounge, pool, terraces and spa are on your doorstep – where a relaxing massage is waiting for you.
